Terminal Software is a remote, independent game studio. Founded by Charles Bass, the studio was born out of a simple frustration: a lack of truly deep, strategy-first sports management games on the mobile market.
We believe that the most compelling drama in sports doesn't just happen on the field, the court, or in the ring—it happens in the executive suite. It happens during contract negotiations, in the booking meetings, and when fighting for television ratings.
Our mission is to trade arcade button-mashing for complex economic strategy, roster management, and long-term storytelling. No microtransaction paywalls. No timers. Just you, the data, and the dynasty you build.
