1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Squared Circle Tycoon, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Squared Circle Tycoon is a sports management simulation game. The Service allows users to manage simulated professional wrestling promotions, participate in leaderboards, and interact with related game features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. Web3, Blockchain, and Wallet Integration

Certain features of the Service may interact with the Solana blockchain. By utilizing these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Self-Custody: You are solely responsible for the security of your Solana digital wallet, including your private keys and seed phrases. We do not have access to your wallet and cannot recover lost assets or credentials.
• Network Fees: Transactions on the Solana network may require transaction fees ("gas" or network fees). You are entirely responsible for paying these fees.
• Assumption of Risk: Blockchain technologies and digital assets carry inherent risks, including but not limited to bugs, regulatory changes, and network failures. You accept all risks associated with your use of decentralized networks, and we are not liable for any lost funds, failed transactions, or compromised wallets.

4. User Conduct and Fair Play

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users' accounts.
• Exploit the game mechanics, leaderboards, or blockchain integrations for malicious purposes.

We reserve the right to ban, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules of fair play at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, visual aesthetics, code, and materials within Squared Circle Tycoon, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Terminal Software and C.bass Enterprises LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Terminal Software and C.bass Enterprises LLC make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, or availability. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing Law

As a remote-based business entity, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Idaho.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
